Cody Payne

Specialization Area:  Office and retail in the DFW metroplex area.

Cody has always had the passion for Real Estate.  After working in sales for the past 4 years Cody decided to join the Dunn Commercial team in February 2006.  Due to his extensive research of the market, Cody has closed approximately 15 sales and lease transactions in just 6 months with the company.  In addition, he has added retail properties to the company’s portfolio.  Cody is currently enrolled at Northlake Junior College to further his education and extend his drive to success.
