Rick Stephens

Rick Stephens has been affiliated with Brookhollow Properties for over 25 years. He began his career in commercial real estate at the Brookhollow One, Brookhollow Two, and Riverside buildings as an Assistant Engineer for the properties and has spent his career as an engineer on this portfolio.

Rick joined Dunn Property Management in January 2006 as Chief Engineer for commercial properties. His combined experience and intimate working knowledge of the building systems at Brookhollow is an invaluable asset to any property owner.
