Kelly A. Hoelscher, RPA

Kelly Hoelscher began her property management career in 1991 as part of the management and leasing team for the Brookhollow portfolio which included nearly half a million square feet of commercial office space in the North Arlington market. Kelly has been associated with Brookhollow One, Brookhollow Two, and Riverside for over fifteen years and has cultivated lasting relationships with both tenants and Landlords in the North Arlington – mid cities area.

Kelly joined the newly formed Dunn Property Management in January 2006 as Senior Property Manager for commercial properties. Her current portfolio includes office and retail commercial properties.
