Melinda Payne has a 15 year track record of proven accomplishments in commercial property management, construction management, leasing, development, and property acquisition/disposition.

 

Her career began in 1989 with Kelley, Lundeen & Crawford as a Property Manager with a portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties.  Melinda has developed a thorough and diverse knowledge of construction management including tenant improvements, capital renovations, new project development, asbestos abatement and ADA (Americans with Disabilities) compliance as well as electricity deregulation, telecommunications, and technology.  Melinda has serviced such clients as Morgan Stanley, RREEF, General Electric and numerous private investors nationwide. 

 

Melinda’s most recent venture is the formation of Dunn Property Management, Inc. with David Dunn, SIOR, CCIM.  The focus of this management company is to provide commercial property management services to private real estate investors seeking direct access to a highly experienced and skilled professional.  Melinda’s ability to create value has helped many of her clients benefit financially over many years.
